§ 1 Personal data we process

Istapack™ does not process personal data because no personal data can be left behind on our website. We also do not use social media plugins.

§ 2 Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website does not intend to collect data from visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents monitor the online activities of their children to prevent data from being collected about minors without parental consent.
If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at privacy@istapack.com, and we will delete this information.

§ 3 The purpose and legal basis on which we process personal data

Istapack™ processes your personal data for the following purposes:

to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services;
to deliver goods and services to you;
Istapack™ also processes personal data when legally required, such as information needed for tax obligations.

Istapack™ does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data is never retained longer than the legally prescribed terms. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

To ensure the request is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identity document with your request. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, and no later than within four weeks.

§ 8 How we secure personal data

Istapack™ takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. All traffic on our website is secured through SSL encryption.
